The Australian Wine Research Institute will be undertaking at least two visits to Tasmania in the first half of 2014. The first visit will be January 2014 to present a three-quarter day seminar in the north and the south of Tasmania.
These seminars are a part of the extension activities of the AWRI Tasmanian node, and Dr Bob Dambergs will be involved!
Copper – the good, the Bad and the Ugly, Explaining the roles of copper during winemaking and dispelling some firmly held myths; – very new information from our active research project in this area.
Getting the most from your smartphone and tablet. Practical, hands-on (bring your own smartphone and / or tablet).
Spontaneous fermentations – our long-standing Roadshow presentation has been re-vamped to include metagenomics data relating to which species are actually present.
